Products must be in unused condition and must retain their original packaging and labels.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days before the service is provided.

Refund Procedure

Submit a request: Please contact us by email [official@popmartlife.com]. Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund.
Review: We will respond to your request immediately after review, 3 working days after receiving the request
Return: If your refund request is approved, you need to return the product to the address we specify.
Refund Processing: Once we confirm that the returned product is in good condition. We will refund the refund to your payment account within the following period: 5 working days

How to refund

Refunds will be processed through the payment method you originally used, such as credit card, PayPal, etc. Please note that bank refunds may take longer to process.
Situations where refunds are not possible
The following situations are not covered by the refund policy:
The product has been used or damaged.
The refund request has exceeded the deadline
